Sin City Parties Las Vegas Terms and Conditions
Sin City Parties requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards.
Advance Deposit and Processing Fee
All deposits and payments will be charged at the time of booking. All deposits and payments are non-refundable per reservation. The deposit and or payment will be applied towards the guest’s final bill on the Reservation Date. At the time of check-in on the Reservation Date, the guest will be required to present the same ID as used when booking online. Packages with any remaining balance must be paid in cash to your VIP host at the party bus pick-up.
Deposits And Payment Cancellation Policy:
- All deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date will be charged 50% of the package price.
- All cancellations must be emailed to sincityparties@gmail.com
- Any attempted cancellation in a manner other than as described above shall be void.
- All guests must present a valid government-issued ID to be presented.
- Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-United States-issued identification must be accompanied by a valid passport to be presented at the door to gain entry into the venue.
- Additional terms apply. Management reserves all rights.
- The venue reserves the right to deny access to the venue due to capacity restrictions.
- Disregard or violation of these Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate the reservation, and the guest will not receive a refund of any kind.
- Management reserves all rights, including, without limitation, the right to cancel, suspend or modify the event at its sole discretion.
- This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This offer is of Sin City Parties and cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without prior written approval.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Lewd, inappropriate, and sexual behavior (including nudity) is strictly prohibited even if consensual. Further, the use or possession of any illegal substances or the solicitation of any product or services is strictly prohibited. Sin City Parties requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. Inappropriately touching our employees is strictly prohibited.
Any Of The Foregoing Activities Will Result In Ejection And Are Subject To Prosecution To The Fullest Extent Of The Law.
In addition to the requirement of proper attire set forth below, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Company’s behavior standards.
All Persons, Bags, And Personal Items Are Subject To Search
The Following Items Are Prohibited
- Weapons (any items that may be used to cause bodily harm)
- Controlled Substances
- Eye Drops/Nasal Sprays
- Marijuana Products (in any form, including vapes and edibles)
- Over-the-counter and Prescription Medications (Some prescription medicine in its original, unexpired, and unadulterated container, in the name matching your government-issued, photo ID, and not requiring refrigeration can, if medically necessary, be checked at Bag Check. Please ask for a Security Supervisor for details and questions – Gum/Mints/Breath Strips
- Outside food.
- Vitamins/Supplements
- Colognes/Perfumes
- Chewing Tobacco

Notice Of Filming, Videos, And Photos
By entering this venue or participating in a Sin City Parties event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, video, and audio recordings may take place. These recordings may be used by Sin City Parties or the venue for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes, including but not limited to social media and advertising. By your presence, you grant permission for your likeness, image, and/or voice to be recorded and used without compensation, credit, or other consideration.
Proper Attire Required & Dress Code
The Following Items Are Prohibited: Nightclubs and Day clubs.
- Baggy Attire
- Athletic Wear
- Offensive Prints
- Torn of Cu-off clothing
- Hat / Robes / Towels
- Work Boots
- Swim Wear
- Risque, See-through, or indecent clothing
Management Reserves All Rights:
Sin City Parties management and VIP host reserves all rights to make the final determination regarding all venue policies, including, but not limited to, attire, appropriate behavior, and prohibited Items in its sole and absolute discretion. Guests who disregard venue policies or do not comply with Management decisions may be asked to leave the venue and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Nightclubs and day clubs require guests to be at least 21 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID at the door. Copies, paper, or photographs of IDs will not be accepted. U.S. residents must bring a state or federally issued ID; non-U.S. residents must bring a valid passport or Global Entry card.
- Guests must comply with all venue dress code requirements. Appropriate dress is required and strictly enforced. No athletic gear of any kind, including flip flops, tennis shoes, shorts, hats, etc. No chains, offensive prints, torn/cut-off, or baggy clothing.
- All guests and bags are subject to search for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons of any kind, illegal drugs (including marijuana products), cigars, alcohol, medications, vitamins or supplements, selfie sticks, party props, containers, and recording devices. If you elect not to give consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Certain medications may be allowed but must be properly labeled, in its original container, and checked in at the door with Security at the club. Prohibited items will be confiscated and not returned, even if the guest is denied access or removed from the venue.

In addition to our proper attire requirements, the company reserves the right to eject and/or trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the company’s behavior standards.. - Guest must comply with all venue policies and disregard or violation of such policies or purchase Terms and Conditions will automatically invalidate ticket(s) purchased, and the guest will not receive a refund of any kind, and the guest will be denied access to the venue.
Nightclubs, Dayclubs, And Shows
All nightclub, dayclub, and show venues are subject to change at any time due to availability, events, holidays, or management discretion.
Packages And Transportation Cancellations Terms:
Any balance that may be due for Transportation and/or party packages is to be paid in cash to the driver or host upon pickup prior to the transportation agreement commencing. A 4% fee applies to all card payments. Our packages are on a first-come, first-served basis (by availability only), so we cannot guarantee changes once requested outside the original agreement. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the booking date will be charged 50% of the package price. The above-named client and all passengers agree to be held liable for all vehicle damage, including sunroofs, windows, and emergency exits, as a result of passenger negligence. Client is responsible for vomiting and/or failure to comply with the company’s non-smoking policy and will be charged a $500.00 cleaning fee payable immediately to Sin City Parties. Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any member of their party. The client is responsible for any downtime caused by any damage done during the rental time. Client will be charged a $500.00 fee for damage to the seats, carpets, poles, or interior. At no time are you to open an Emergency Exit, the client will be charged a $500.00 fee. No Food or Smoking (including Vapor Cigarettes) is allowed in the vehicles. Sin City Parties is not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. If the package is terminated for any reason other than the actions taken by Sin City Parties client will forfeit the entire deposit amount. Rates do not include park fees, airport fees, or gratuity. Client will be responsible for any citations as a result of standing up in the sunroof or hanging outside the windows. Client understands that A/C is not compatible with temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. Sin City Parties is not liable in the event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Sin City Parties is not responsible for delays or termination caused by traffic conditions. By making this reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above. Renter Authorizes Sin City Parties to process the credit card on file for any outstanding balance payments if necessary.
